Product Warranties
Cad Toner Inc. ensures that the consumable product that you have purchased from is free from defects in their materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use, during the warranty period. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Your INVOICE, which tells you the date of purchase of the product, is your proof of purchase. Only you, the original purchaser is entitled to warranty. You cannot transfer the warranty to anyone who buys the consumable from you.
Note: The products that have any physical damage will automatically lose the warranty.

Cad Toner Inc. does not guarantee and it’s not responsible for:
1. Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modification, or repair by third parties not authorized or by yourself.
2. Damage caused by any person or other external force.
3. Product Suitability to an end, purpose or intended use.

The features of the warranty is defined by the manufacturer, we recommend you read the warranty policy of your product, as well as conditions.

Cad Toner Inc. will replace or exchange your product, or give you a full refund of the purchase.
You have up to 30 days after the purchase date, for a full refund or store credit of the purchase value that can be use to make another purchase with us. The cartridge and the case must be unopened to proceed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Cad Toner Inc. will replace or exchange your product or give you a full refund or store credit of the purchase value for remanufactured cartridges that contain any manufacturing defects. The cartridge (ink or toner) must contain no less than 85% of the original cartridge capacity.
